- CVCynthia VivadioFeb 25, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if I could. First they had a data breach which made me mad enough to close my one and only account. This account has been untouched for years. When I went in to remove the funds they told me it was a "dormant" account. Then they said I had been charged a service charge. I asked how much and was told $10. Then they said $10/ month. I asked when that started as they no longer sent statements. They said I had been notified even though I told them I had not been notified. They charged me $10/ month since at least 2024. This is not a real bank. No real bank does these things without notifying you in writing or sending monthly statements. Take your banking elsewhere.
