  Of the very few times I have to go into this bank, it’s always an easy in-and-out experience. Well, most of the time, but that’s never on the people or the branch; it’s on the fact my issues might be better of as phone calls. When it is an issue they can resolve it’s very easy. It’s a bank? Unless you’re old fashioned, the only times you should step foot in there is for a loan… no really. Solid user experience for me.

  This Branch and the people have horrible attitudes and are completely helpless. They couldn't notarize a basic passport form or make a photo copy......crazy.

  There was a hold on my account & after talking on the phone with customer service for 2 days and going nowhere, I stopped in. I get married in 15 days & having a hold on my account had me (obviously) extremely stressed. Walking into PNC today, I thought it was going to go not in my favor & I would leave more upset then when I went in. But then I had the pleasure of working with George. He called & emailed countless people to help me. He figured out every detail of what we needed to do to get the hold lifted & he did it all. He was absolutely wonderful & educated about his job. I left with the hold being lifted & about 1000 pounds lifted off my shoulders. Thank you George!!!
