  One lane drive through. Probably wasted 1/2 tank of gas waiting. Whoever is manager is not doing a good job if they can’t manage service during lunch breaks. Very inconsiderate

  Gretchen from the PNC branch in Lititz went above and beyond helping me to find and identify an extensive amount of information I needed about my account and transaction history. She is an excellent example of why banking local with personal support and service is so important, even in a world where everything is increasingly available online.   We have literally been sitting in the drive through line for 50 minutes and only 3 cars have gone through. Completely unacceptable!
