I recently lost my wallet and began the grueling process of replacing my cards. I walked into PNC and stood in a line full of elderly people and turned to walk out when Ms Hatchett stepped out her office to help expedite things. Kind words and a smiling face made this process more doable, so thank you!

Disgusting customer service. Manpreet and Maria lack serious customer service skills and knowledge about banking processes and almost refused to call customer service to verify any information in relation to my concerns.
They were uninformed, condescending. and even threatening standing over me while I addressed my concerns. Maria continued to behave in a disgusting manner and refused to give me full contact information to escalate my complaint. I have never experienced anything as disgusting in my entire life. Customer of 10 plus years.... LEAVING

This is BU GAT the worst branch I have ever had the displeasure of having to so business in. 4 people back there. 1 teller actually work, line long as Broad street. NEVER AGAIN
