  Very unprofessional bank, I had an appointment with Brandon for a business account, multiple times he got up to attend someone else's needs, he entered my information in wrong and the list just goes on, if I could leave this bank 0 stars I would, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, Brandon is very very un-professional as well, save yourself the headache trust me

  One of the worst customer service reps I've ever encountered currently works here. I called them to ask why I was overdrafted on my account when I paid rent. Had money left over to assure that my rent payment went through. Called and explained my situation in a calm tone but Im obviously frustrated with the overdraft but I did not raise or insult the rep. Further engaging as to why my account was still overdraft, the rep became very condescending and rude about my situation. Never open an account here, they are not willing to realize their mistake and fix it. They will put the blame on you. Edit: I personally called a manager at another branch located across the state that fixed my issue meanwhile, the people at this branch couldn't twiddle their greedy thumbs together to recognize their mistake. FNB won't last in 5 years. Find a new job

  Worst bank ever marissa is very Condescending rude she dismissed me several times. Lisa the also is rude and avoids you making her employees answer for her she’s busy. Read all reviews on first national bank before doing business with them. They have a lot of complaints with the bbb they don’t care about their customers.

  First National Bank is the worst bank I've ever had. Their policies regarding payroll checks and having a one day hold on them is ridiculous. Personal checks, sure, I get that but a check coming from a company, it's stupid. The staff are notoriously unhelpful, i can't write my own deposit slips anymore, the banking app is constantly crashing or refuses my username and password whenever it wants which leaves me without access to keep an eye on my funds, their website is as faulty as their app. I've been at this bank since it was Commerce Bank, which was a great bank then Metro, yet again a great bank. The staff were always friendly and would answer any questions I had in detail. I felt comfortable with them and when I went into the bank it felt welcoming and was always an enjoyable experience. They had great hours which worked with my crazy schedule. The apps always ran smoothly and efficiently and I felt like I could trust the company handling my money. First National Bank, I do not trust, they are everything wrong with banking and they have no care in the world for their customers. If you're considering a bank, take my advice, don't choose this one.
