- NANick AndrewJul 13, 20231.0We are closing our account. The people here are rude and arrogant. We have accounts at PNC, Truist and Bank of America. All our other banks are professional! This bank is a disgrace. I called the manager to complain and she refused to apologize. She gave an excuse and lied to me right over the phone! She kept interrupting me to defend her and her staff member. That manager isn't fit to manage anything! Stay away from this bank!

Today i went to open an account for my parents in this branch, an African American guy met us i believe his name was Dominic. He was coming out whistling until he came right in front of us he kept whistling and swinging his keys in-front of us while we waited to meet him for 5-10 mins , didn't even say hi, so freaking disrespectful and un professional. After all that he didn't even help us because he had an appointment at 3 pm and we where there at 2:40, so we ended up leaving. I never write a bad review but this person is bad for buessines . I think im closing my account there and will go to another one that is more respectful to their old customers.
