- BOBill OnderdonkJan 26, 20261.0This is by far the worst PNC branch I have been to, visiting at least a half dozen times over the past 3 years. You wait more time than any other branch just to cash a check. This time I went through the drive through and waited about 8 minutes only for her to ask me for another ID which I already provided just to cash a check PNC credit issued me for just over $100. She asked me how I wanted my changed. I said 10's and 20's. After the back and forth she gives me a 100 bill. THE WORST customer service. Never again. This branch needs to be closed. Willow Street is the best by far that I have been to. Centerville must have trainees or sub-par employees removed from other branches.

After providing personal credentials, got put on hold on the phone for 15 minutes, then a new rep pick up the phone asking for the same questions. She pretended she couldn’t hear me, and hung up on me. Horrible service and attitude. Corporate america is really going down the hill.
