After providing personal credentials, got put on hold on the phone for 15 minutes, then a new rep pick up the phone asking for the same questions. She pretended she couldn’t hear me, and hung up on me. Horrible service and attitude. Corporate america is really going down the hill.

- BRBrad RNov 1, 20232.0Had multiple accounts here. Made a mistake and paid a bill from wrong account resulting in an overdraft. Went to deposit cash in atm and was conveniently not taking cash deposits. As they give 24 hour leeway I deposited cash at another atm the following day (Saturday). Not only did I still get charged an overdraft fee, they took the money back on TUESDAY resulting in more fees from the bill I had payed. This bank will do everything they can to get fees out of you if your account is low on cash such as delaying deposits like not processing checks until 3 business days instead of the next. If you have an account here be careful! I’d bet money they have a large lawsuit coming as with other large banks. What was nice it only took a couple minutes to close my account and go elsewhere.
