I've moved to a different state and needed to establish a new safety deposit box between two addresses, mine and my POA in the event of an emergency. I contacted this particular PNC branch regarding their availability of safety deposit boxes and hours of operation. I was informed that I would not be able to just walk into the branch for this service as it required an appointment? I stated that I would be there in approximately an hour. The clerk asked if I could arrive in 39-35 minutes. I stated that I lived outside of Reading near Kutztown and it would take me an hour to arrive. She stated that I would not be able to come in today as He has another person scheduled for that time. I need to find another bank!
