This branch is of the highest caliber. I visited this location in order to make a sizable cash withdrawal, and while the procedure was straightforward and uncomplicated, Yvonne, the teller, provided outstanding customer service!

I was at the KoP branch today to complete a couple of transactions for a family member who has health problems. I go to this branch to do so frequently and there have never been any problems, but today was different. The staff and manager (Kayla Pham) treated me, and my relative like we were strangers and suspiciously rather than loyal customers who have been with this bank for decades. The manager was snarky, cold, unaccommodating and unhelpful. She also had a chip on her shoulder. She also refused to give my relative the name of her supervisor when asked. This is not professional. The staff did not seem to know what to do to complete the transaction. And as I said they treated us like we were strangers instead of valued customers. My relative even called in and gave the verbal ok to proceed but they still refused to help. The manager was at the window first bickering with me, then asked me to come inside because I was holding up the line when no one was behind me. I came in and waited behind another customer. When it was my turn she again refused to complete my transaction. My relative was speaking to another employee at the same time on the phone and I asked the manager to make an exception and then we could come in another time to make requested updates because my relative needed the transaction completed urgently and couldn't be there today due to health problems. So she pretended to agree to it and asked me to sit down while making me wait and wait while she helped other customers who came in after me. After being there for about 45 minutes they still refused to help. While security concerns are normal for banks this was overboard and was completely unnecessary. Even going so far as telling my relative that family members kidnap or hijack family member and force them to give them money. This is so insulting. I think the brach manager should be subject to disciplinary action and undergo training to learn how to treat people better. It's apparent that she didn't care about us as customers and our needs and treated us like an inconvenience. We have reported the incident to corporate and will consider banking elsewhere in the future. I certainly hope PNC takes this comment seriously.

Great Customer Service and People. I met with Kayla Pham about lending options for small businesses. As a new venture small business owner, me and my husband were very impressed with her knowledge, and genuine interest in helping us. At no point did we feel like she was trying to sell us a product. She was more interested in the success of our business and helping us to make a decision that would benefit us in the long term and not her bottom line in the short term. If you are a small business and need advice, she is an asset not a liability like many other banks offer.
