- ADAen DilJul 30, 20202.0Well located but not prepared for Covid-19. It doesn't have a drive-through windows and works only by appointments from the day before. PNC closed two other branches promising that this one would be excellent in organizing banking needs but fails short of it's promises. I came in for simple addition of a tax id to an account, something that should have a way to be done online, and only in the best interest of the bank and I was directed to the branch on 101 Easton Rd. Shame to spend so much money on up-to-date branch and not to put drive-through on it.

- MAMoustafa ASep 2, 20161.0All I got was lies Called the customer service number asking about the promos the have for new accounts The agent told me they have 3 different promos giving the customer $75 or $200 or $300 depending on the monthly direct deposit ammount I visited this branch and asked to open an account with the $75 promo khiana helped , she took about an hour for getting every thing done and ensured me I will get the $75 within a month when I get direct deposit of $500 Paperwork she gave me have nothing listed about the credit , I asked her she said she put the notes on the system I went home called customer service they said nothing is there about the promo on my account and that the promo they have is for $50 not $75 as I was told before I went to the branch again to close the account If customer service and bank employees lying to the customers I can't trust to keep my money in this bank I don't recommend PNC bank to anyone
