  My fiance and I went in to open an account. Sarsh was extremely polite friendly and helpful and the staff were so positive. We loved the vibe!

  My debit card got hacked. The fraud team closed my card and told me to go to the bank for a temp card and to order a new card. I did. Except I was quizzed as to why I let the fraud happen. “Didn’t I have an online account” so that I could watch my account at all times!! Then I got warned. They said that I had too many closed cards that soon wouldn’t be able to get a new one. Which basically I’ll need to find another bank because all my banking is online! I was also told that maybe my 88 year old grandma hacked my card! And that I should get a power of attorney to help me manage my account. Ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly!

  Much agree with the others about this branch. Do not deal with Johanna with your loan, she was dishonest with me on multiple occasions.
