My case took 90 days, and despite providing every document and detail they requested, they essentially called me a liar. Truly—beware. Edit: The response I received from here for my review is almost laughable. For the past three weeks, I’ve been requesting the legally required documentation used to make their decision. And wouldn’t you know it—I’ve somehow spoken to everyone but the right person. Every call, every visit, I’m redirected somewhere else. Strange coincidence, right? Yet somehow, they always “have the number” for whoever can help. So forgive me if I’m a little skeptical about your suggestion that I “reach out for assistance.” I’ve done that a view times already. This is by far the most conniving banking institute I've unfortunately been a customer for, so I feel I must repeat along with what others have echoed, beware.
