  Horrible bank!!! The PNC banking app at the top of the first page shows you a ((( FREE UNTILL DATE ))) So you know when to make deposits and ect to keep your PNC act ((( FREE ))) But I was told today by this branch and PNC call center that doesn't mean anything at all!!! SO WHY HAVE IT AT THE TOP OF THE VERY FIRST PAGE ON THE APP THEN??? Point being that on my PNC bank app it says my account is ((( FREE ))) for another 2 weeks yet (BUT) just got hit with there notorious fee for not making the right total of deposits??? BUT again it says its FREE for another 2 weeks yet!!! This branch told me they didn't even know it said that in the PNC banking app??? I seen were other banks got in trouble for deceiving there customers this way!!! Unlike all other banking apps except PNC app. PNC app allows you to take screen shots. So Id suggest when they rip you off like this screen shot it and keep it. BECAUSE some one will eventually do something about this PNC bank ripping people off!!! Maybe like a class action lawsuit as Iv seen with other banks!!!

  This bank will not have your back if you ever have to dispute a charge. My case took 90 days, and despite providing every document and detail they requested, they essentially called me a liar. Truly—beware. Edit: The response I received from here for my review is almost laughable. For the past three weeks, I’ve been requesting the legally required documentation used to make their decision. And wouldn’t you know it—I’ve somehow spoken to everyone but the right person. Every call, every visit, I’m redirected somewhere else. Strange coincidence, right? Yet somehow, they always “have the number” for whoever can help. So forgive me if I’m a little skeptical about your suggestion that I “reach out for assistance.” I’ve done that a view times already. This is by far the most conniving banking institute I've unfortunately been a customer for, so I feel I must repeat along with what others have echoed, beware.
