- EEEricOct 7, 20241.0Truly the most inconvenient bank I have ever used. If you think something is convenient, or common sense would dictate something work in "X" way, this bank does the opposite. They truly are the worst, from shutting my card off because I did not tell them I traveled 2 hours from home, to releasing checks in stages, even when they are from other national banks and they could just clear them. I just do not understand who makes decisions for this bank.
