- SBSamantha BaganOct 4, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Went into this branch to get a new bank card since they shut my old one off. They had me wait 30 minutes only to tell me they can’t (more likely didn’t feel like) do it. I work 12 hrs days all week long and now have no access to my money now at all. Will be looking into a different bank.
- RMR MJul 18, 20251.0I used my online bank card on their ATM and I forgot to take it out, when I came back someone took it, I called the bank and they said if someone brings it in, they won’t give it to me because i am not a member of their bank, never going to a PNC BANK BRANCH, or especially opening an account
