- JMJennifer MetzFeb 1, 20245.0Banker and AVP, Jamal guided me through a very difficult banking issue with patience and expertise. I would recommend this PNC branch a million times because of his professionalism and expertise.
- KMKayt MaeveSep 20, 20231.0They wanted to charge me a fee to cash a check that my employer wrote to me directly from their bank. I have cashed countless checks at PNC that were issued by them and was never charged a fee. One time I cashed a check that was almost in dollars and I wasn't even charged a fee. This PNC wants to steal from you and they're crooks. This should be illegal. The staff is also very snotty and clearly doesn't want to make a customer out of me. They should provide this service for free if they wanted someone to enjoy their experience at their bank. Instead, I will never ever open an account with PNC again and I will tell everyone I know to use Capital One instead. In fact, that's probably why they i wanted to charge me a fee. Apparently they started a new policy where you have to bring two forms of id. My second form of ID was allowed to be a debit card from another company and so I pulled out my debit card from Capital One and that's when they told me about the fee. Surprise surprise. I love how a bank, where it's their job to do banking, want to charge you for the services that they offer for being a bank in the first place. SCAM ARTISTS.
