  Kelly is great to work with! I had to find someone new to do my end of year processing for my business...in the last few days of Dec (due to my person passing away.) Kelly took my company on...quickly...got me taken care and talked me through things. I'm so glad I found her and looking forward to working with her in the future!!

  Had our taxes done when we were in the office the person who was doing our taxes didn't know how to put in certain income we had received throughout the year. After figuring it out we left. Upon sending our local tax return we realized she forgot to put my social security number in completely on our local taxes. I called the IRS for them to tell me it was also not on our federal either and the IRS had to fix it, THIS WAS COMFIRED BY THE IRS. Upon calling this office back and explaining what happened nobody would call us back. When finally reaching someone the lady immediately picked up the phone and started screaming at me that everything was correct and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. When I asked for them to relook at my taxes she told me no and when I got to the point I wanted a refund, I was also told no because she said "this was a courtesy REALLY! I paid for this service it was no courtesy. If anybody does use these people for your taxes be sure to make sure everything is correct and expect no help if it isn't.
