  poor customer service, called and got told to choose my option which i chose to speak to a representative. waiting a good while just to get sent to voicemail. They’re open and it’s so unprofessional. waste of my time.

  I had the pleasure of meeting with Reyna Young this afternoon at the PNC Bank on Union Deposit Road, and she truly embodies what exceptional customer service should be. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile that immediately set a positive tone. Reyna was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made the entire process seamless as she assisted me with updating my bank card. Her ability to blend professionalism with genuine care is rare and refreshing. She is absolutely the type of employee any organization would be proud to have. I can already see great things ahead for Reyna. She has every skill necessary to shine brightly in her field and continue making customers feel valued and supported. It was truly a pleasure meeting with her today. PNC is fortunate to have such a standout representative on their team!

  *** PNC responded and was worthless when I reached out like they said. Currently going through corporate escalation, and an official complaint to be launched with the state attorney oversight agency. 4245 Union Deposit Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111 Avoid this branch and more likely this bank now at all cost.   I’m Probably Spelling Her Name Wrong But Nadjuma … The Woman From Nepal Was SO DELIGHTFUL & Her Customer Service Is Unparalleled. I’ve Been Here Many Times But Never Got This Type Of Treatment. I Went To The Bank Around 11am The Day After Veteran’s Day To Have A New Debit Card Printed. As I Went To Walk In She Actually Held The Inner Door Open For Me & Welcomed Me In. She Asked What Brought Me In Today & Informed Me That The Bankers Were All With Clients & There Was One Person Ahead Of Me Waiting. She Asked If That Was Alright With Me & Of Course I Said Yes. I Had A Seat & Then Within A Minute She Actually Told Me She Would Help Me In Her Office. I Was In & Out Within About 7 Minutes! She Was Efficient, Prompt, & Very Professional Her Outfit Was Also Very Nice. 10/10.

  5 minutes ago I went to this bank to make a deposit for a major company only to be refused service because my deposit wasn't the exact change so apon asking for a copy of that policy a heavyset African American female with a curly wig believed the proper response to my inquiry was to tell me go to that bank on 13th st (meaning the bank in the hood) I get my appearance may be off putting but to be disrespected in such a disrespectful manner is truly unbelievable then to add insult to injury after asked to repeat her comment she chose to run from behind the counter into a office is threatening to call the authorities! I am honestly in a state of confusion as to why a simply refuse for a copy of your policy caused her to create such a uproar in your location but with a bank full people I honestly must I say I felt unsafe Had this women ran and called the police and stated anything she could have made up ! who know how this would have ended
