  I cannot say enough good things about Lissette at PNC Bank. She was absolutely incredible throughout my entire process and went above and beyond every step of the way. If it weren’t for her constant support, guidance, and attention to detail, I honestly would have missed my closing date and run into so many issues. She was patient, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things and jump in to help whenever something came up. She made a stressful process so much smoother and more manageable. I’m truly so grateful for everything she did for me. PNC is lucky to have her — and I can’t recommend her highly enough! - Gopal

  I am always amazed by Najuma. From the very first time I met her, her positivity, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. She is consistently calm, cheerful, and highly professional, making every interaction a pleasant and reassuring experience. As a native Nepali speaker, she made me feel instantly comfortable, and her positive attitude even encouraged me to move several family members’ and friends’ bank accounts under her care. Every time I visit the branch, I notice a long line of customers waiting specifically to be helped by her, even when other bankers are available. Some customers are happy to come back another day just to meet with her, which speaks volumes about the trust she has built. What impresses me even more is her ability to serve a diverse community—she speaks Nepali and is knowledgeable in multiple languages, making banking accessible and stress-free for many clients. Najuma is efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about every customer she serves. Her dedication and customer-first approach truly set the gold standard for customer service. I highly recommend her and wish her continued success in the future.

  poor customer service, called and got told to choose my option which i chose to speak to a representative. waiting a good while just to get sent to voicemail. They’re open and it’s so unprofessional. waste of my time.

  I had the pleasure of meeting with Reyna Young this afternoon at the PNC Bank on Union Deposit Road, and she truly embodies what exceptional customer service should be. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile that immediately set a positive tone. Reyna was professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made the entire process seamless as she assisted me with updating my bank card. Her ability to blend professionalism with genuine care is rare and refreshing. She is absolutely the type of employee any organization would be proud to have. I can already see great things ahead for Reyna. She has every skill necessary to shine brightly in her field and continue making customers feel valued and supported.
