The Branch Manager is wonderful, always looking out for my account and things I can do to make my life a little easier! She is genuine and my kids who are 9 and 6 love going to see her! I highly recommend this location!
- JSJames SchoonmakerDec 23, 20221.0I wanted to get bigger bills than 20’s for Christmas cards so I had to go into the bank this morning. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The teller giving me the money counted it out like it was some kind seedy casino. I asked for an envelope to put it in and he gave an attitude then sarcastically said Merry Christmas. When I complained to Lori the bank manager she didn’t even apologize she just looked at me like so what. This branch acts like they are doing us a favor holding our money. Take your money somewhere else they don’t even respond to customer reviews. Clearly they don’t care
