  So the blonde haired lady that sits on a computer as you walk in the double glass doors.\nOut on the floor of the bank needs to the trained because she thinks she knows everything when she was completely wrong and wouldn't just admit it.. i wanted to pull out a $1000 from the ATM and I asked what the Max limit was. And she told me 800, but the ATM repeatedly told me 400. So when I turned to my right and asked her what the actual limit is she told me it's 800 and I explained it's 400, and she said that it's my bank's problem. And that, if I don't have that in my account, I can't pull it out, which is insinuating, I don't have $800 in my account, and this ignorant woman said this in front of at least 10 people. In a lobby out loud. No offense , lady , but I take home more than your branch managers gross takehome will ever be.. So when I gooed it since she told me it was my fault and my bank's fault.I called her back and let her know that it was her ATM.That was only four hundred and she couldn't in any way , admit she was completely wrong.. If I were you, I'd get rid of that woman.For someone who can actually learn without the snotty tone , she had on the phone when I called back.. I will never open an account with pnc simply because of this woman's poor attitude and you allowing it

  Terrible service. 4 visits to this branch trying to open an account and every time me and my husband were there they had a different excuse and told us to go a different bank. I guess they don't get commission or they do not care about acquiring new accounts. I’ve been a PNC bank customer for more than 10 yrs and never had any issues at any other branch. On our last trip 8/26 and they told us they could not help us bc my husband was not a US citizen, I did know you had to be a citizen to open a bank account. The manager was present and agreed for us to go try at different bank. Went to Chase bank, they were not able to help the same day but made an appointment for the following day for us. We came in the following day and everything went smoothly with great costumer service.

  First time I walked in and they thought I was taking videos of the place when I was just taking selfies for Snapchat. Mad disrespectful for thinking I’m trying to rob the place

  Trying to get help with an estate issue. The PNC employee at this branch (Carey Ave) who answered the phone told me everyone was busy and to call back. I asked for a call back but was told, no, I had to call them. She was unprofessional and unhelpful. That's pretty poor customer service for a PNC account holder. I hate to post a poor review, but it's factual. I hope PNC reads reviews and makes adjustments to their customer service.
