They also only communicate with one another through IM conversations. PNC in Butler, PA will be my go to from now on.

If they can't answer a question directly...they try to find the answer through their corporate resources. And they're always doing what they can to win your business. I've had pretty good luck over all with Citizens branches...so there's not anything bad to say about them. Thanks for the great service!

Came back the next to be told that they cannot help me at this time. No explanation whatsoever as to why they could not give me my money. When to another branch to find out that the lady by the name of Kathy, had put a hold on my account. I never had any issues with PNC until this happen. Made me rethink if I should look for another bank.
