- SDSam DavidsonMay 20, 20191.0horrible customer service at this bank. it's their "policy" that you can't cash paychecks unless you have the money in your account to cover the amount. i've never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. the tellers and the manager are rude and unhelpful, basically hanging up on you when you tell them they haven't done something properly. i asked to have a debit card ordered over two weeks ago, it never came because they "forgot" to put the order in. awful. i will be closing my account immediately.
