Correct me if I’m wrong: the biggest part of a bank employees job is knowing how to count, correct?? He shorted my change TWENTY dollars!! I told him TWICE what bills and coins I needed... he should have written it down if he was so confused about how to count... He was massively annoyed at having to do his job and tried to blame his mistake on me!! Unbelievable! ALSO... one teller lane but three ATMs while this Covid mess is going on is absolutely absurd! Get it together Eastgate!!
