They took and stamped the back of a check from a client I was depositing, THEN told me they couldn’t deposit it, when I’ve had no issues from this client before. Now I have to go back to my client and get a new check, which ruins my professionalism because of their mismanagement and changing their rules. Cancelled my account here today, go anywhere else.

The manager came out off his office and stated "we don't have restrooms for public use". Excuse me sir its not like I walked in off the street. I am a multiple account holder who just made two transactions and I can not use the ladies room. Basically, my money is good enough for PNC but I'm not! I WILL NOT continue to do business with this establishment. The sheer lack of good customer service, poor judgment, humility and subliminal racism was truly astounding!
