For example today I sent my husband to get withdrawal slips for me. He was told after asking the teller for the slips that it is against policy to give withdrawal slips without actually withdrawing money. What?!?! Seriously?!?! Also, when I withdraw money, I am always asked what I am spending the money on. Maybe that is their policy also, but I am tired of being asked what I am doing with my own money. This is how I am treated at this specific branch. This is getting tiresome. Just wanted to share my experience.
