- PPPrivate PrivateMay 27, 20221.0This is by far a bank that cares little about its customers. Most tellers are friendly and then the manager Eileen is rude and condescending. Don’t ever use their ATM I lost money and with a receipt she still didn’t want to give it to me. It caused me to feel completely unappreciated, where did it go? I finally got it back without apology. I called asking to speak with someone and I had said I want to speak with the assistant manager who is very nice, and I didn’t feel the need to tell Eileen who I was and she reminded me she was The assistant managers boss-that and $5 will get a gallon of gas. Just all around unappreciative. I’m taking my business to HNB up the street. FNB was great when it was still community.
- DPDebbie ParolaJul 12, 20181.0Worst bank workers ever have had nothing but trouble after Clifford bank closed and transferred my account to forest city lost my debit card been waiting 5 weeks for new one called bank three time just to find out they never ordered it I'm on disability living on 800 a month can hardly afford to eat all month and they charge me a dollar for there withdrawal slips changing banks
