- MSMadison SmithMay 28, 20251.0I applied for an account to open through my mortgage and up until I signed the papers was ok and went smoothly. Once the account was opened it took almost two months to receive my debit card and multiple attempts to get it and they did not help me or were rude to me on the phone. Now that my loan is active and account is open they keep emailing me saying it isn't set up and then won't respond. I've tried calling and emailing and they have been so unprofessional after this whole process. Probably the worst banking experience of my life.
- GTGT TSep 21, 20231.0Worst experience ever. Tried depositing a large sum of cash to pay a bill in the atm and my money was taken and not transferred to my account. I am still waiting to hear back because apparently they must file a dispute. As a former seven year loyal member to this bank I am very upset and plan on leaving as soon as my situation is settled
