  Don't open an account here! The employees are rude, hey don't know how to do their job then have the audacity to point the finger at their customers. Both Saras are incompetent. I have been waiting for my bank card for 3 months and have requested it 4 times! They were mailing to an address I haven't lived at in 3 years. I also requested they check the address but they blamed their 3rd party card service. Of course they can't take responsibility for their mistakes. I still don't have a bank card. They are a bunch of stuck up incompetent jokes!

  Bad bank bad system, Every time they withdraw money, they drive them into the red

  I’ve been holding off on leaving a bad review. BUT every single time I come to make my car payment through the drive through, it somehow takes them 10-15 just to even say anything to me. And never is there any apology for the long waits.

  Made a cash deposit less than week later all my accounts frozen and they said my deposit was someone else’s and “I” had to prove to them that I made the deposit or they were going to charge my account a large amount cause they screwed up someone else’s account but my account was correct and I found the receipt thank god to prove it. Accounts closed!!!!! Would not recommend at all!!!!!

  The people in here are condescending and talk down to you. Being polite does not seem to be in their job description.
