  Do not ever go through this bank if you were to get a loan, I paid these people off in October. They claim that they release my title and they never did. They made me go pay for a new one. They told me that they don’t release titles and I was told by a notary that they do. I am very upset on how they lied to me and how they’ve been treating me the last four years I paid the car off in October like I said, and I should’ve received my title.

  Terrible company and even worse customer service. Supervisors are difficult to deal with and take days upon days to get back to you. They tac on extea unreasonable charges and are very unprofessional. They have zero knowledge and read off a paper rather than having an actual conversation. As soon is renewal comes up I will be leaving this company after being a long time customer. Avoid this company.

  ATM card was eaten and took my card outta of service and the ATM to, Asked if I could use my social security number to get it out since I lost my card did nothing but say I need paperwork first but leave my card stuck in there for security reasons that's not how it works will never go here again, Suggestions to Pittsburgh First Nationals are way better then this one in Erie.

  Angie Potter is the Banks Account Manager , She is such a good person , very knowledgeable , courteous , friendly , and professional , I Trust Angie completely and I've got to say I have never said that before about any banker in 35 years !! I would and have highly recommended this branch for exactly that reason.....Thanks Angie !!
