I ended up leaving at 1 PM because they could not figure out how to open the bank account. There are too many hoops to jump through.

Friendly staff, branch is always cleaned & organized, I am always in & out quick, and whenever I need assistance I always have a good experience coming here. One of the only great branches in Erie! I do miss the branch on West 8th Street, but, this branch is wonderful.
