If you want a brick and mortar bank, this is as good as they come. __________ Been banking with PNC for 26 years, my whole life, and coming to this same location. Never had an issue, the only reason for a 2 star rating. Had a pretty 0/10 experience there this afternoon. Looks like they'll hire just about anyone now. They offer nothing for the average person anymore. No coin counter, $40 overdraft fees.. why would anyone use PNC anymore when there are online banking solutions with no fees, as the online solutions are not trying to make double money off of you (reinvesting your capital/ hitting you with overdraft fees)

The machine has been in a loading screen after taking my card and nearly $3,000 and not doing anything. I cant leave, my card is stuck inside. So I just have to sit and wait here until it finishes loading. This ATM is the absolute worst. The people who work here are very nice and I like banking with them, but don't ever try to deposit any significant amount in the ATM.
