  Do not bother calling the PNC bank at 4488 Buffalo Rd in Erie PA. These lazy jack wagons will pick up the phone and hang it up and let all of their calls just ring and ring and ring and ring and ring. They do NOT answer the phone! EVER! This is the laziest town and laziest banking personnel I have ever had the disservice of wasting my time on. And don’t bother disputing charges. They won’t issue you an immediate credit while you wait for them to investigate! Oh no! You have to wait for PNC to do their investigation 🤚 because the merchant comes 1st! NOT THE CUSTOMER!!

  I’ve been with this bank for four years and the way that this bank treated me on Saturday. It’s very unfair. I really feel like they’re racist. They judge people from the jump they accuse me of doing fraud Had the police show up for no reason Because I wasn’t doing fraud I Prove them right showed them this isn’t the first check that I’ve cashed from that place Actually was my second check They refused to give me my money So I asked the lady for her name she refused to give it to me very unprofessional of her. She wasn’t even on the clock. So I want to take a picture of her so I could report her she Yanked my Phone from me I pulled it back and it smacked my lip and I left the bank Boy oh boy, what a Experience can somebody give me this lady’s name so I could press harassment charges on her grabbing My phone and hitting my lip she literally reached her arm out over the clear thing just to grab my phone like what the heck

  I have had a number of problems with them over the years. From paying the wrong mortgage to losing paper work. I have a few older mortgages with them so I can't afford to just walk away.
