  I had a very disappointing experience with PNC Bank. I went in to open a business account and was ready to deposit $50,000 into the account. My LLC was properly registered and fully active, but because it was formed in a different state than where I’m currently operating, they refused to open the account. I’ve opened business accounts before with no issues a business does NOT have to be formed in the same state where you’re opening a bank account, as long as everything is properly registered and compliant. This is standard practice. Instead of working with me or explaining clearly what the real issue was, they simply declined the application. Very frustrating, especially as a serious business owner ready to bring significant funds. If you’re an entrepreneur operating across state lines, be aware that you may run into unnecessary obstacles here. Definitely not the welcoming experience I expected.

  I am thankful this branch is near me because the employees at this branch are delightful. While I do have a favorite every one of them are great. They happily greet you at the door and continue the friendliness throughout the visit. The bank managers should be extremely proud of this particular bran̈co

  I asked the supervisor and manager for help, but instead they said they would call security on me. Their behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly advise people not to use this PMC Bank branch until management provides proper training and accountability.

  Difficult to find parking nearby that isn't metered. The staff were very friendly and personable!
