- MSMariah Sensenig4 days ago5.0Had fraud, the woman on the phone set my appointment for the following day instead of same day as indicated. Suzanne Ratcliffe clarified the issue but still helped me out as I was there waiting for 30 minutes and apologized for my wait. She was thorough and extremely kind. Set me up with a better account for myself without incurring any additional charges. Will ask for her for any help in the future.

- MVMisee VangAug 7, 20251.0I can see why this place gets such low ratings. We went in to get help to pay off the rest of our mortgage. The bank teller says he needs to see ID, so I repeat we’re paying the rest of our mortgage trying to indicate we need to talk to a banker and not a bank teller. He then makes a snarky comment saying “well i need your ID to look up your information.” Then proceeds to look up the info, ask his coworker for clarification that they (the bank teller) can’t print off a payoff statement. So after wasting our time he sends us to a banker. This banker doesn’t walk us through any steps, gets a fax of our payoff statement that doesn’t even have the address of where to mail things or wiring information and goes back to her desk. The whole experience was so ridiculous. Please get these people retrained.
