I ended up becoming very defense and hostile as well because I didn’t understand why I was being treated this way. She didn’t introduce herself or anything. I understand she might be having a bad day but I am having one as well. Kindness goes a long way.

Mistakes happen to give me my cash short $500 it is ok spcaially I did not recount the cash, But when I came back they admit the mistakes and give me the short money of course after a 10 minuets wait , But the rudeness I got from the teller was not acceptable she almost through the money in my face like it is my fault, Manger next to her and did nothing not even apologize. Took my money and left fast before I loose my temper and going it was $20 short
