- AAangela alvarezAug 8, 20251.0Been a customer of this branch for 20 yrs for convenience, No more this bank service is garbage. Used the atm machine to make a deposit and chewed my card. Called in right away to report. I was informed to go in the next day to get it back they be informing them via email if damaged they would get me a new one same number. When I went in gave my ID to the nasty man at reception he wanted proof of us residency or citizenship. I went ballistic, I'm a US citizen you disrespecting me cause my last name is Hispanic via my husband. He walked away in a huff someone else can take your issue. I was called over to a teller, who I have hundreds of time dealt with.She Then informed everything I was instructed by the 1800PNCBANK was incorrect and why they told you that, we don't know. Insinuating I was lying. I am definitelycuttingties with this bank. They are not the only bank we have accounts with, only a local convenience.
