  PNC Bank has been our company's bank for over 20 years. We are closing our accounts. The tellers are amazing and we will miss them, however, the management and office staff are lacking, to say the least. Management especially is unprofessional, unqualified, unresponsive, and has a one-track mind: loans.

  The only reason that I will ever step foot in this branch again is to get the CASH that I tried deposit into my account in person at the teller counter today after providing Photo ID, My ATM card, and reciting the last 4 digits of the account # 3 times to the teller that had someone over her shoulder telling her that she was doing the deposit wrong and it STILL ENDED UP GOING INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S ACCOUNT. I have the receipt and the customer service call center was NO HELP. So now instead of leaving for my vacation tomorrow morning, I will be walking into the branch to speak the branch manager and HOPEFULLY getting my money back. I literally can't think of a way to make a deposit any easier given that PNC discourages the use of deposit slips.

  I came in to renew my debit card that was about to expire. They bricked my old card, gave me a new card # and then were unable to print a new card because the machine wasn't working. Everyone was perfectly friendly but it's still incredibly inconvenient...

  Worst PNC branch on the earth. They try everything to make your visit harder.

  This bank is a joke. They don’t let you deposit cash if it is not your account. They identify theirself “bank” lol. Also costumer service is horrible.
