  Going through a particularly stressful family situation. I called the bank in tears and Laura was incredibly sympathetic and comforting. She immediately made me feel at ease and gave me advice on what steps I needed to take. She reassured me everything would be ok. An hour later I was in the bank emotionally overwhelmed and crying. Laura came from around the counter and offered me a hug and had this wonderful calming energy to her. She has no idea in that moment what her kindness did for me and I will never forget it. The following day I met with Lisa. She is so kind and caring! Lisa is knowledgeable and very efficient at what she does! Another person I will not forget for her kindness that day!

  Outdated bank. Very difficult to pull a full size truck thru drivethru. If your handicap and have to use drive thru. Forget it, not the bank for you! I tried to upload pic. Doesnt allow . One drive thru lane open on a Friday at 2pm right Before the holiday weekend. Smart...very smart. Worst bank in the back mountain

  They don't answer the phone, the one woman who works there is extremely rude (she called my husband "Mr. L."), and they lost a check and then hit us and the people who issued the check with fees. Unreal.

  I have banked with this location for 40 years. Within the last few years there has been a steady decline in customer service. They are always understaffed and the wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculous. I tried calling this branch at 11:00 am on a Thursday and there was no answer after several tries for 15 minutes straight. This is NOT good customer service. Needless to say, after 40 years, I will be switching to a bank that actually answers their phone.
