- DRDavis RohrJul 31, 20251.0Their ATMs are for CRAP! They never have money in them, even during the weekday at like 4:45 PM. Weekends they are empty and then today... I get a code / cardless pin and I go through every detail and it throws me some oddly phrased ERROR CODE. Garbage service; garbage ATMs with bad software. Additionally, how do you maintain two sets of ATMs? One you control and one a 3rd party does. BAD IDEA... streamline your efforts.

Her name was Jocelyn and she seemed like she did not want to be there. The other two employees had great customer service but she was severely lacking. Hopefully when you go there you dont get her. Found out she is the supervisor there. If Jocelyn is their standard for a supervisor I will not go back to that place. I talked to a few of my friends and they all say she is a horrible bank teller who lacks customer service.
