  Overwhelmingly intimidating. Do not walk inside unless you absolutely have to. I was having serious issues with my debit card and I needed assistance from an associate after almost two weeks of me trying to resolve the problem myself. I was made to feel like an idiot for not accepting their credit card offer. “I’m just asking for my money to be stolen” I felt dog piled when this woman kept coming into the room to check and see if I had signed up for the credit card yet. This is not my main account. I do not wish to have a credit card with PNC. However, I reluctantly let them pressure me into signing me up and I’m feeling full regret. Meagan was the only reasonable person with a calm demeanor and did resolve my debit card issue. The two other women working there have pushed this too far with me. (I work in retail and I know how important credit card sign ups are. But this was borderline threatening.) I hope their bosses see this and know it’s okay to say NO!

  Went to see family and to make a purchase. They make it easy for you to put $ in but not to take it out. A frustrating 30 min withdraw with the teller repeating herself to us saying the small amount is above her pay grade Very slow. It was clear the teller lead went to make a phone call before he approved our transaction. DONT BANK HERE - or LEAVE PNC

  Went to deposit money in the ATM this morning, I deposited $1381, immediately after I put my money in the ATM it made a grinding noise, returned $1350 and then spit my card out and said out of service, the other $31 was not deposited to my account or returned to me, and of course the location wasn't open for another hour, I want my $31 back ☹

  Excellent super friendly service.called in today after the atm had a malfunction while i was depositing some money i was freaked out.Kristen picked up the phone and within 3 minutes my problem was solved and money credited back to my account.couldnt be any happier or grateful appreciate the excellent friendly service 👍👍👍
