She had me standing in the lobby instead of being confidential in one of the rooms being able to sit down. giving my information. She refused to talk to me about anything and went straight to the pnc hotline. When I asked her a question she put a finger up in my face and told me to wait. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and I do not plan on banking with this branch and possibly company anymore.
