  Consistent professional service from the Clarks Summit branch. Even when they are busy, I get 100% of their attention when it's my turn with a bank representative.

  Unprofessional and rude. We were told a check could be signed over to an account holder to be cashed. The check was from a different bank and they said that was fine there just needed to be enough money in the account to cover said check. There was enough money so the young lady went to cash it..then a man approaches us stating theres no way to cash it because it's not from FNB and he refuses. I explained what we were told by another employee and his response was "not my problem, write a check from this bank and maybe ill cash it" I said "the account holder didn't write the check. You can't deposit? Nothing? I then asked why he was so aggressive and rude and he laughs and says he refuses service because its not from Fnb, they dont accept checks not from FNB, he's not doing it, account holder needs to write a new check and so on. I was left speechless by his arrogance and I was genuinely confused by the whole situation. He gave me no legitimate policy stating why he couldn't do it. I understand there are policies and rules employees have to follow and if there is some crazy new policy not allowing banks to accept checks from other banks so be it but this employee had no reason to speak to me this way or refuse me service. Honestly I would love to speak to corporate about him. I am not sure of the manager's name, but I experienced such unwarranted aggression and arrogance I would hate to see others treated this way. Avoid the Clarks Summit, PA branch.

  This branch used to be very friendly but has done a 180 since new management has taken over.

  This bank takes customer service to a new level, and not an upper level, FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES Certainly not the bank I opened my account with 30 years ago
