Loyal customer for 10 years and every time I walked in there was treated great. New employees and BM the inexperience shows. I have already went to the BBB and spoke to complaints dept through PNC. They have put too many peoples info out there to just be had without following proper policy procedures. They say they want to help when really all they want to do is get through the day. The BM lied directly to me. I’m done with a company that doesn’t care and thanks to Remy and Jeff I will never use or recommend PNC again. I highly recommend to Switch to another bank without fees, friendly customer service and actually worried about you as a customer. They are legally robbing you don’t put up with it anymore
