She acts like she’s busy and couldn’t take on another customer, but all she does is sits there, pretend like she’s working, get up and walk around. I was waiting to talk to a banker for 15 min and watching her just walks around. 15 mins later, she said she’s doesnt have anymore apts available for the day, I looked at the clock and it was another 1.5 hours before the bank closes. She said she has another apt in few mins, I asked if I could wait until after her last apt incase it wouldn’t take the full 1.5 hours. She insist that it’s by apt only and I can’t today.
