    If I could give negative stars, I would. My Dad and Grandparents have been banking with them for years. My dad passed away and it's not like I've dealt with this before. First interaction when trying to figure out the funeral, they were rude and annoyed I didn't know exactly what I was talking about or the right questions to ask. Second time, I brought in the official death certificate for them and instead of condolences I got questioned by another teller, and then was talked to like I was trash. I hope I never have to deal with Carbondale again! If you want kind tellers and stay with FNB go to the Olyphant location, SO MUCH NICER!
