- AAAmyaOct 29, 20252.0Love PNC itself. But please fix the ATMs. They were changed and could accept up to 100 bills, then they get changed back and forth. My biggest issue though, as little as it may sound, is that the buttons are obnoxiously loud. It's incredibly, excruciatingly annoying. Also, tried making a couple appointments. One was forgotten about. And after numerous appointments, I was never met with the person I was told would be helping me in a specific area. So instead, I got not the best advice from someone who wasn't knowledgeable about why I was there, and I got nowhere.

I stopped at PNC to ask why my payment was taken out when the loan check was sent 13 days prior. PNC claimed no check was ever deposited. I went to the other financial institution that printed the proof of deposited check. PNC deposited the refinance check then still withdrew another payment the next day. When I drove back to PNC with proof of "dropping the ball", I was refused to be allowed to leave the information and request a call when it's fixed. The excuse was that "They couldn't keep my information" yet, my information is obviously in your system. I work in banking myself, that was just terrible customer service not procedure. I should not have been made to sit and watch a teller fix a mistake that shouldn't have happened.

- ACAdam ChristieMar 5, 20221.0Staff is super rude. You wouldn't think depositing a days pay through the drive-thru would be a big deal. Apparently it is. We're talking less than $300 dollars here. But multiple times tellers have rudely said that large deposits need to be made inside. Call the bank and they don't actually have a policy in place limiting deposit amounts for drive-thru. So the tellers apparently just make up their own depending on how lazy they are feeling that day.
