  Slowest tellers in history. Every time I go there. Finally had enough I’ll drive across town.

  Absolutely do not waste your time going here! I attempted to go through the drive-thru today and a woman immediately comes over the speaker to tell me she's got people in the lobby to take care of instead and she'll get to me when they're done. There were only three cars in the lot so there could not have been many people in the lobby but it took almost 15 minutes for her to get back to me and at that point she tells me she needs my ID and debit card to make a small cash deposit. I normally go inside and I have never had to give them anything other than the deposit slip and the money. In fact, I've tried to give them my ID and they've told me they don't need it! But this time she makes me wait almost 15 minutes before demanding I dig out and send over more information.... so I can wait longer instead of just depositing the money? Quite frankly, I don't carry my debit card and never have! In fact, the bank has advised us not to in the past. Again in all the years I have banked with them, they've never once asked me for it to deposit cash! I believe she was just stalling me because she wanted to help the guy in the pickup truck that pulled up after she had already told me I had to wait. She came back and talked to him several times before she came back to help me even though he got there a few minutes after I did. I was fully intending on closing all my accounts at the end of this week once my auto pays were done but I decided to go over to the moraine point location and went inside and handed them my deposit slip and cash. She deposited it no problem! So then I asked if they needed either of those forms of identification and she said NO! She did say for withdrawals they would need the debit card, but not for a deposit. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my accounts now, but I won't be back at this particular location because that was absolutely ridiculous! Not only did sitting there all that time make me late, but I had to still go to a different location cuz they don't know what they're doing!

  I was just so relieved with the way I was treated yesterday on the phone and today in person by Robert and the rest of the gang at Clearview Mall PNC branch at just about closing time on Friday, April 1st. I know what it's like to not be able to leave on time and I hate to cause others to stay late but the day didn't go as planned timewise with selling my car and things were coming close to the wire with the bank closing and trying to deposit the money from the sale of my car. Robert took time to give me sound advice the day before on what to do when selling a car on Craigslist and what to look out for. I've been a National City/PNC Bank customer for 17 years and I have to say this seems to be the most enthusiastic group I have encountered and further gave me confidence in working with PNC Bank. Thanks!
