  A absolutely double dipping through the pending actions of the bank pending payments be there for two or three days everything's gone make a deposit and to stay and deduct it again it happens over and over again

  Worst banker ever. I was the only customer in an empty lobby n only needed my account balance. Fn' Indian teller took forever n didnt seem to know what he was doing. Continuously asking for more n more info despite me giving him my ATM card n drivers license.... Before he asked what i had for breakfast, i gave up n went to the ATM.... faster than that clown!

  Most of all the lady Julia is so rude all the time and always too busy to talk to anyone over the phone . If you're that busy then hire more people .Don't go to this Bank worst bank ever. I asked them for a checking and that's it instead they pushed a account with checking savings and to pay bills which I did not need. Most important when she asked for something with my address on it. I gave her my disability paper fold it up just so you could see the address so you couldn't see my personal information. This lady opens up the paper starts reading how much I'm getting tries to tell me when I started getting it from a date on the piece of paper that didn't even coincide with the date I actually started getting it besides that she shouldn't have been looking at my personal information I did not tell her to. She was asking how much I'm getting each month I don't know what that has to do with opening a checking account. Third and most of all when I deposited my big check I said when will be available they said tomorrow I said even if I want to take it out withdraw it they said yes when I went in the next day they said that I couldn't withdraw it all out that they would have to order the money. So they're nosy they try to open up accounts that you don't want I guess they make commission. And they lie to you... because if the money is available then I should be able to get it all out right. I'm even thinking now I could have went to a different PNC and they could have told me that. But no they were not helpful whatsoever if anything rude

  I really like this bank!! I had some issues with a payment getting declined, had it approved and still had an issue, Kyle personally called the card center after I hung up to find out what was going, he called me back and we were able to fix it (all after I told him I would wait until the next day to try again!) he really went out of his way to help 😊
