  Yvonne and her team are so kind and helpful Everytime I am in their branch! I purposely go out of my way to utilize this branch.

  WAS a customer for almost a decade. First national Bank hit me with egregious fees to the tune of $140, customer service was rude and unhelpful and couldn't even explain things to me without being insulting and unprofessional. When I went to the branch of the lady behind the counter didn't care and made no attempt to help just said "sorry about that". So I closed my account and will be opening my checking and savings account elsewhere. Enjoy the $140, you'll never get another Penny out of me. Worst bank I ever used, Wish I could rate zero stars

  Lol what are these hours? These are bad by BANK hours, and that's saying something. Also, their online services are horrid too. Can't do things (like loan payments online) like the other banks I've used. I'm close to refinancing my loan at a higher rate just to get away from this bank.
