- FCFelicia CohenOct 22, 20255.0Nathan is truly a person who deserves a promotion here! I dont write reviews and I dont trust banks. I have had so much thrown at me in life including losing my mother Aug. 6th. He made sure the life insurance check became available to me. Then when they froze my account for 60 to 90 days for using said money he went above and beyond to fix the issue in less than a hour. I was going to close my account and never use a bank again, however knowing they have an employee like Nathan who truly not only cares about his job but the people he serves my account will stay open! please keep this man and he deserves a promotion.

- RRRubiconSSSep 26, 20221.0Liars. Worst Bank I have ever known. Manager is incompetent and a liar. Caught red-handed in a mistake which resulted in Fraud - Promised that "everything would be fine. The teller made an error in bad advice". Then washed her hands, wouldn't even take phone calls. Well....it's Lawyer time. Wrong tail got grabbed on this one. Sad day when your Bank of 30+ years turns their back, Lies and basically says umm was our mistake - now its your problem. This is reality today folks, Relationships and loyalty? Distant memory.
