Andy was such a pleasure to work with. I had an expired term policy with skyrocketing monthly premiums. I knew I needed to replace it and was hoping to go with a permanent life policy but I wasn't sure if I would qualify or if I could afford the monthly premiums. Andy took the time to walk me through all the options, assess my insurance needs, and found me a policy that would work for my situation without breaking the bank. I know I probably drove him crazy with the million questions I asked but he was very patient and walked me through everything step-by-step. Very happy customer.

Dishonest and Disgraceful. Stay Far Away.
This agency strung me along for years with false promises and zero accountability. When my term ended two years ago, I was conned into extending the policy “just for two months” with the assurance that I’d be switched to a better plan at a fraction of the cost. That never happened. Instead, I was ignored, lied to, and left paying into a policy that was never corrected.
And every month—because I kept forgetting to account for the insane amount they pull—my account would overdraft. Month after month. I’ve had enough. I’m now taking it to social media and public reviews to warn others.
The only reason this even scrapes a one-star rating is because of my agent's secretary. She was genuinely kind and professional—clearly the only bright spot in that office. I know she’s supposed to follow up after our interaction, but let’s be real… My agent will likely twist the story to save face. Something tells me, though, she sees through the smoke... Best of luck to her in the future.
And godspeed to all that use Allstate… you’ve been pre-warned so enjoy that ride if you choose to do so. This was my complete and honest experience and I have the receipts to back it up. And to my agent: Giggling through accountability doesn’t make you charming—it makes you complicit. Integrity isn’t optional in this business, and neither is follow-through. It’s a shame you’ve mastered neither.

Unbelievably incompetent with maintaining communication with a prospective insured. An agent is suppose to be an advocate for their prospective insured by being in control of the application process. This agent is woefully lacking.in service and communication skills
Andy is a personal financial representative who has many years of experience in the insurance industry. Another Allstate agent referred me to Andy, so I could purchase a term life insurance policy. Andy's communication over the telephone and email was always very courteous and timely, and he thoroughly answered my questions. He recommended that I apply for a 30-year life insurance policy through Lincoln Financial. Lincoln Financial was slow to put me in their computer system and to respond to my communication, so I appreciate that Andy helped to facilitate the process. In the end, I believe that I have an excellent life insurance policy, and I feel thankful for Andy's assistance.
