- DDDrew DrewDec 6, 20252.0I would use the Pocono lake branch even though the blakeslee branch was closer to me. Never really had a issue with the tellers but awhile ago I had a issue with the manager which is very rude. Needless to say if it wasn't for the tellers I deal with on a daily basis and the hassle it would be to switch to a different bank I would have switched years ago.

Never dealt with horrible service such as this bank Like pulling teeth to set up with a representative to open your business account. Then, they inform me of a new law that went into effect for annual renewal. Ask for assistance. It was like pulling teeth. I just kept getting past the buck, but yet 2 other banks Were open. Arms on assisting me as well as my accountant in having it done within 5 minutes. It seems like they had no interest or they were too lazy unbelievable. I can see why they have negative reviews with poor service as well.Very rude, unprofessional, on so many levels
