- KMKaren MatirkoFeb 10, 20261.0I don't know what happened to this bank... Until recently I have had accounts, loans, lines of credit and finally a safety deposit box with this bank. Today, as I was not going to renew my box and wanted to empty it, I went to my local branch (needed a driver's license and a major credit card for a box held in my business's name that we've had for years) and was told -after a HALF HOUR of waiting-I would not be permitted to access the box unless I brought in a copy of my tax-ID. Between the inexcusable waste of my time and that they are not allowing me access to MY BOX unless I provide them with paperwork that is frankly none of their business and completely unrelated to the matter, I will never be doing business with this bank again.

Never really had a issue with the tellers but awhile ago I had a issue with the manager which is very rude. Needless to say if it wasn't for the tellers I deal with on a daily basis and the hassle it would be to switch to a different bank I would have switched years ago.

Never dealt with horrible service such as this bank Like pulling teeth to set up with a representative to open your business account. Then, they inform me of a new law that went into effect for annual renewal. Ask for assistance. It was like pulling teeth. I just kept getting past the buck, but yet 2 other banks Were open. Arms on assisting me as well as my accountant in having it done within 5 minutes. It seems like they had no interest or they were too lazy unbelievable. I can see why they have negative reviews with poor service as well.Very rude, unprofessional, on so many levels
